Archer recently graduated with a Master in City Planning from MIT. He was part of the International Development Group (IDG). His coursework, research, and teaching encompassed urban economics, data science, real estate, labor economics, GIS, and urban design. Prior to graduate school, Archer was a Thomas J. Watson Fellow and received his BA in History with a minor in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College. He is from Maine.
